ignore the kale thing its a good staple feeder - also prickly pear pads are a good staple - you can order those off of amazon - cut into pieces - I store them in zip loc bags in the fridge
I remember you mentioning the prickly pears I tried looking for them but only place I could find was Amazon. I wanted to see if I could pick them up locally but that isn't gonna happen. And it seems no one is really sure about Kale it's good then bad then ok sparingly 😅

I thought collards are better or at least not worse now with the pads do I need a organic one or a certain brand preferred? I can get 3-4 for like $13 give or take I have np with getting them if it's good for them. Also how often should I give it to them like a treat staple or occasional?

Prickly pear pads are a staple -- and no you dont need organic -- they did another study on kale

There is no one perfect green and no one perfect feeder insect. The closest thing you can get to perfect in a diet is a variety of GOOD. Kale is good, collards are good, everything you're feeding her is good.

I do agree with AHBD though, swiss chard isn't a favorite, but it still is suitable as a green to add variety.

I began to notice it may be giving them to much water both my beardies poops are perfect but just a lot of water sometimes. I have about 5 or so different greens I have been giving so it's just a variety so they don't get bored. Plus I can test which ones they like or don't mind or ones they hate and won't eat

Yup they don't like it what I was wondering was that I mist my beardies greens which they don't mind. I was wondering if I could add bee pollen (powder) in with pure water in a spray bottle. Then spray their greens and conceal the bee pollen powder in with regular water. In the end they won't see the powder but will get the taste I think they dislike anything on their greens beside water
You can definitely try that. Mines will eat it in any form.

I’ve seen people feed the mixture to their beardies through a syringe. It was just a thicker consistency.
Hm ya I been there and done that with critical care and baby food I hope I never have to again I felt so bad force feeding but they needed it at the time

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
