Question about feeding!

Hello so my beardie is 9 and a half months old now and I have been feeding her 80 medium/small crickets per day + kale. 40 in morning 40 in evening. I have been told over the last few days I am feeding her way to much and to start feeding 2-3 times a week with 5 large crickets in the feed. Is this right? +kale of course. She currently weighs 338grams just for reference.

At 9 months she is probably still growing, they need protein for that. Once you see the she isn't adding anymore size thats when i would scale the insects back.
Kale is ok but i would recommend adding collards,turnip,mustard as well as occasionally adding some none citrus fruit and berrys.
Also i would recommend posting up some pics of your uvb and basking setups. There are some folks here that can really help you dail in anything that might be off. (Not saying anything is but better safe than sorry)

Please get the correct cricket size for her -- it sounds like the are too small for her to be eating that many - feed her the size no bigger than the space between the eyes
