My beardie has been lying in this corner for 24 hours now without getting up. I don’t think she’s eaten or had any water today except for one roach that I put in front of her. I was told in my other post that I had the wrong uvb lighting and I’m going out tomorrow morning to get that fixed. But should I be concerned that she hasn’t really moved all day?

when was the last time she ate/moved? They can go a few days without eating. What are her temperatures? I have been taking mines outside to get natural uvb until I can switch out the t8 light I have. I would also recommend the Exo terra intense heat bulb

She last moved yesterday late afternoon. She last ate yesterday morning if you don’t count the one roach she had this morning. I gave her fresh vegetables and bugs last night and this morning in her food bowl but she didn’t touch them. Cool side (the side she’s on) is 75 and the warm side is upper 90s. I’ve only had her for 5 days and it’s been cloudy and rainy so I haven’t gotten the change to take her outside. I’m planning on getting a better heat bulb tomorrow and the proper uvb lighting

She will not eat w/out correct basking temps or uvb- she is also going thru relocation stress- please get 2 digital probe thermometers - I dont see any gauges in the tank-- once those are in place and corrected she should start eating - basking temps should be 95-100- please post back on here when you get the uvb I will help you place it for your tank - the screen will determine where the uvb goes

Hello,

How is your girl doing today?
Once you improve the basking temperatures & UVB lighting, I believe that her behavior will
get a lot better. If they aren't kept at optimal temperataures they will have the tendency to be
lethargic, etc.
Has she tried to eat anything at all?

She’s been actually totally normal literally after an hour of having the new uvb. She ate both roaches and veggies yesterday and pooped (in her water which was a joy to clean up). Much more energetic and exploring the new decor I got for her tank!

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
