What do you mean the urate seems off? Please post a pic of the urate --- the rinsing of the greens is the best way to hydrate- is she eating them?
The smell could be caused by parasites--- I would collect a fecal and drop it off at the vet for a fecal test and go from there-- crickets are a good cause for parasites--- also the stick on in the corner is that the only way your getting temps? Surface basking temps should be taken w/ a digital probe thermometer- especially w/ a hammock if it's being used for a basking areaShe always eats she loves her greens but will only eat them with bee pollen now so I tend not to wet them too much she’s had a problem with pooping for a little while now it is usually runny and her urate will be pink and a bit runny as well. It smells absolutely disgusting!! is there something I’m doing wrong ? View attachment 70716 View attachment 70717
I use a probe temp gun as well I typically use the stick on to keep up with her humidityThe smell could be caused by parasites--- I would collect a fecal and drop it off at the vet for a fecal test and go from there-- crickets are a good cause for parasites--- also the stick on in the corner is that the only way your getting temps? I have never heard of a probe temp gun- the temp gun has a probe on it that you place on the basking decor? I have a IR gun but it is used to spot check and I use digital probe thermometers for accurate surface basking temps-- I would invest in a digital probe hygrometer - zoo med has them on dubias.com - those should be placed in the center back wall to read your whole tankI use a probe temp gun as well I typically use the stick on to keep up with her humidity
Definitely will invest in the hygrometer but this is the temp gun I use my apologiesI have never heard of a probe temp gun- the temp gun has a probe on it that you place on the basking decor? Ok those are good but I do recommend the digital probe thermometer-2 of them you can find them at your pet stores zoo med is the most common - the IR gun cannot read off of certain materials example a hammockDefinitely will invest in the hygrometer but this is the temp gun I use my apologies

Zoo Med 24" Zoo Med ReptiSun T5 HO Hood this will come w/ a 5.0 bulb keep it for a back up the distance and placement is different from the bulb you need please get this bulb 22" Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 UVB T5 HO

Please let me know when you get the UVB in and I will help you place it for your tank - your screen will determine where the UVB goes - in the mean time please get him out into the sun for some good UVB 15 min or longer - every day or every other day till you get the fixture --- and please shut the coil off --- this site I sent you too is very good about getting orders out fast -- they are out of Michigan
