Ohh those are the stress marks or atleast what I call them. I see that your hand is wet. Does he like baths or water? Have anything changed recently?

Unfortunately I don't think these are stress marks. I know what his usual marks look like. I've had him for 9 years. He likes water. I can't think of anything that had changed. I appreciate your response.

Sometimes their bellies get scales that look like that. It's usually patchy like in your photo. It doesn't seem to cause them any harm, and may resolve itself during the next shed cycle. That happens to my dragon's belly sometimes too.
