He needs a better life

Hi I've owned a bearded dragon for 3 years now and needless to say I've messed up. My beardie is named Ezekiel and I love him like a child of mine but I haven't taken care of him as if he was. I've messed up raising him ever since he was a Juvenile by not doing enough research and the proper care that is required. He has grown weaker and weaker struggling to walk and I know bearded dragons live exceptionally long so I don't want his years to be shortened cuz of my mistakes. I have another Lizard, A Chinese water dragon and unfortunately I cant take care of both I just don't have the funds in this time of my life. Ezekiel needs serious Attention, medically just everything. If there is anyone out there who can give Ezekiel what he needs to get better. If you or anyone you know can provide Ezekiel what he needs I would be greatly in your debt. I have all the essentials, (Tank, Heat lamp, Tank accessories, thermometer, bulbs). I wont charge anything. I live in the Jersey City Area so if anyone from here could reach out I would appreciate it.
