Baby Beardie squeak noise?

I have a 4 month old bearded dragon named Pumpkin. He’s very active and alert, his tank temperature and humidity is perfect, has all the different lighting he needs, and he eats and poops regularly. I also clean his tank regularly. Within the past week he’s started opening his mouth and making a loud squeak type noise, almost like he’s letting out a big breath of air. Or he’ll open his mouth with like a smacking sound, he does not have any fluids from his eyes/nose/mouth. He also does almost a hiccup motion. I took him to the vet already because of concern it was a uri, and he gave him an injection of antibiotic. I also have an order of some Serrapeptase coming in to possibly use. My question is: Does anyone else’s dragon make noises and it’s not because they’re sick?
Also what’s powder Serrapeptase do you use? I can only find liquid form.
Thanks! Here’s a picture!

Hello,

Do you know what the humidity is in his tank & the tank temperatures, too? They can make noises such as a forced exhalation
noise or a hissing like noise which is just one of their behaviors. Do his nostrils look clogged or possibly going to shed & could be
blocking his air?
There are serrapeptase capsules you can purchase too. The liquid is very convenient as well. Where did you purchase it from?
Which antibiotic injection did the vet give to him?

Hi Tracie, my name is Brandy by the way. His basking area the temp seems to maintain right around 103F and 20%H but goes up and down a bit. He also has a heat pad on the bottom basking side. I thought it could be a behavior but it seems to even catch him off guard, sometimes he’ll be sound asleep in his tank or on my chest and it’ll wake him up, sometimes he even loses balance on his log by the quick movement. He does shed a lot since he’s growing! He’s constantly rubbing his head on everything, I think he might have his nostril plugged with skin but I can’t tell for sure and there’s no loose or flaky skin I could lightly pull on to help him.
I bought the liquid off of Reptilesupplies.co yesterday.
I figured the powder form would be easier to dust his bugs with since he’s not into veggies yet. Could you send the link for the powder form please? I can only find human supplements in that form on Amazon like the one pictured which seems natural. Is that okay you think? Portioned for his weight of course.
Because he’s only 15.6 grams the doctor has to give him a very small amount and dilluted it he said, he gave him Enroflex which is the brand name of Baytril it says.
Thank you hearing me out!

Can you get a video of it ? It really sounds like an R.I. Did the vet give just one injection because that would not be enough, is there any more treatment ? Is the vet a true reptile vet ?
Has your dragon been soaked at all ? Sometimes they aspirate water which can lead to a R.I.

I haven’t been able to catch the noise on camera, but I did catch the jerking movement he does. He only did one shot, I was thinking of calling to do more. He said because other than that noise he seems really healthy so he’s not sure that it’s an RI. He’s not a specialized reptile vet but he does see reptiles and he used to see my last beardie. There’s another reptile vet in my area that I’m thinking of calling to get a second opinion. No, I haven’t soaked him but when he does go to drink water sometimes it seems he sticks half of his head in it on his own

It may be that he aspirated water during a heavy drink , hopefully it will pass but if it continues or if Pumpkin seems to go downhill be sure to try to get in with the reptile vet .

That’s what I’m hoping! I upped his temp a bit to try and help so hopefully he gets over it soon. But I do have a call into the reptile vet to maybe talk to her and see if there’s something else I can do.
Could I ask….do know the name of a powder form Serrapeptase you could recommend? Thanks!

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
