BSFL frequency question

So I know the clear answer here is : VARIETY. I'm currently feeding my Larry roughly 45% BSFL, 45% Dubias, 10% Superworm or an occasional wax or hornworm as I am all out of silkworms.

My question is super random. Are BSFL nutritionally good enough to feed 90-100% of the time? My junior google detective skills say yes but I'm not 100% sure. Larry LOVES them and I'm just wondering if they’re good enough to be fed 100% of the time if needed/desired.

Sorry for the random question. My brain wonders the stupidest things throughout the day.

Yes- it's good to add variety like your doing
Yes that’s what I’m trying to do. I was just wondering for if Larry ever went on a food strike or something. He goes crazy over the BSFL but is just kind of like “meh I’ll eat them later” with the dubias. I just leave them in his bowl currently and he’s forced to eat them throughout the day.

Of course. Larry is about 2-3 months old. He gets fresh greens 1-3 times a day depending on how many times he ****s in the dish. I’ve been mixing up turnip, collard, dandelion, and mustard greens along with kale. He’s been getting either a blueberry or a very small piece of mango as a topper but he only licks those usually. I don’t see him eat much of his greens but from what I have read on Reddit, that’s okay for his age.

You want him eating those greens too even a little --- use those BSFL as salad toppers use as many as you want when he gets older if hes not started early he wont eat them so please keep feeding the salads first thing in the morning w/ a few BSFL on top --

He does take bites of it throughout the day. He just doesn’t run to it when I put them in. Should I still be topping it with a few BSFL? Also when you at first thing in the morning, how soon after lights on are you talking?

At least a hour give him time to warm up -- and yes top the salad w/ the BSFL its going to get him to that bowl

I did it this morning and it definitely got him to his bowl a few extra times. He also got an extra piece of collared greens on one of the bites too. I still hand fed him a few and let him watch me drop the rest on his salad. I put a few small dusted super worms under the greens too to get the salad "moving".

My two adult dragons are fed live insects 3 to 4 times a week on average , I mix them up with superworms ( Cleo newest favorate .... she loves them ) , BSLF and crickets.

Not doing silkworms while there is covid around - not so sure how long Delta and Omicron will survive on fresh mulberry leaves ....

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
