Infected scales, possibly bacterial or fungal infection, dont know what to do :(

He looks dehydrated based on the sunken pads on his head. Is he active, at all?
Can you get him to drink water from a dropper? If he continues to lose weight, it will be imperative to get him to a vet as
soon as possible. You can try giving a nutritional slurry to help with weight loss.

As soon as possible for a vet in my area is the end of February. I've been giving him water from a dropper plus liquid vitamins, I can't tell whether or not he looks better but he doesn't look any worse. I just feel bad because I basically have to force him to drink the water. And yes he's still active, not as much when he's in the tank but when I take him out to tend to him he tries to run all around

An update: I've been making yoshi drink water and finally today his eyes have looked less caved in, he still won't eat food but he shows a little bit of interest in watching it move around, so I think that's something. I still can't tell whether or not the honey is working, it seems some spots it is and others it isnt

Honestly think its best you get this dragon to a vet. I know its tempting to try home remedies and advice of other people but reptiles can go downhill really quicky and if left too long without proper medical attention the outcome can be unpleasant.

Your dragon will have a much better chance of recovery if taken for treatment whilst they still have good strength rather than waiting. The vet is the only way to ensure that you get a definitive diagnosis and the correct medication.

As I stated previously, I can't get him to the vets for quite some time. By the time I get him into the office he's either going to be okay or not.. as bad as that sounds, waiting to see a vet just isn't going to work. On top of this, there are no veterinarians within my area that specialize with reptiles, meaning I'm going to be waiting 1-2 months to see a vet that isn't even completely knowledgeable in my animal. On top of this, the vets in my area that do at least see exotics all are known to scam people with unnecessary tests and charges that don't make sense etc, normally I wouldn't be concerned about the pricing but the other two things considered, I don't think it makes sense to go through that, plus the stress it'll cause him being in the car and the vets office - he hasn't left my house since I got him over a year ago. I would pay any amount of money to see a vet that I was certain could help me or at least know what they were talking about but unfortunately all of the vets in my area that take exotics still aren't well versed in the care for them.

Yoshis been much more energetic, he had a large bowel movement earlier that consisted of mainly undigested or semi-digested crickets which I think is why he hasn't had an appetite. His leg seems to be getting worse and I am thinking about just biting the bullet and bringing him to an ER vet but I also don't want to go someplace that won't know how to properly help him. The rest of his sores are getting better I think, the issue with the leg is that the foot is inflamed and now underneath his scales is bleeding, so earlier when I moved one of his toes a bit to just see different parts of his foot, when his scales tilted at the bend they started bleeding. I'm still waiting on the antibiotics to come in the mail but I've been continuing use of the liquid vitamins

By what you have said in your latest post it is time to bite the bullet. Your animal needs medical attention now. Even if your vet is not well versed in reptile care they will have access to sources that do that will be able to advise them.

It sounds like the condition of your dragon has gone well beyond home remedies and they need a professional assessment
