Hi there, can you start a thread mother of dragons, otherwise this will be sidetracked and all mixed up with the O.P.'s baby dragon.. Post pics of your dragon on your new thread, include pics of entire enclosure and lighting as well as close up of the joints that you think are being affected by gout. If it's advanced he may need Allopurinol, the same med. that is used on humans for gout. Syringe feeding some dark cherry juice mixed with water is good but as you have seen, it stresses some dragons out.

ok, thanks will try to start a thread. can you tell me please how many cherries I would need to feed daily do you think to to equivalent to .5 ml of juice? Thanks

O.K, that would be great and you can show off your beardie while you're at it. As for how to portion out the cherries, I just don't know . Tracie [ Drache613 ] knows a lot about gout, hopefully she can chime in at some point.

I haven't posted a new one since the sub had an overhaul and all new format but I think you you go to the top of the page and click on " new threads " on the left side. Then when the page changes you look on the right where it says " post thread ". Hit that and it will open for you to type a thread. If that doesn't work, ask Karrie, she's probably able to explain it better or the administrator's wife, user named Shinryu.
