My beardie Tomato ! (Pictures)

I’ve had Tomato since he hatched November 4th , 2018. He’s 6 months old and he’s starting to get a lot of orange on him. When I purchased him, it was from a local pet shop that hatched him and his siblings, literally the day I went there. I was allowed to take him home, purchased him a 40 gallon tank and all the necessities. I’m just not sure what type of beardie he is.
More and more orange shows up every day, plus he’s gotten a lot darker since I’ve gotten him as well.
2 days ago it was the first time I took him outside when it was 80 in the shade. He turned really dark and just pancaked himself out on my legs. He’s about 11 just shy of 12 inches long, very loving, loves snuggles and head rubs.

Would anyone be able to identify what his coloring would be? I’m just curious :)

Welcome to the forum! Tomato looks happy and healthy. I'm surprised the pet shop sold him when he was so young, that's unusual. I'm glad he is doing well with you and got to enjoy some time outside. The natural sunlight is great for them.

Yeah I’m not sure why they allowed me to take him home, but I’m very glad they did. I love him loads !

He looks a bit like my rescue Helmut, who is orange with black shoulders (colors are a bit more vivid than showing in this pic). He's been with us for about 6 months, though he's probably closer to 1 yr. Through a couple of sheds, his colors have remained pretty constant, so you may find the same with Tomato.
