I had some baby bok choy left over from a meal and offered it to my dragon.

I was surprised when I came home that she ate it all. She has not been eating much of anything lately and especially not veg.

Then I was disappointed when I looked up on beautiful dragons that I should feed it sparingly because of something called goitrogens.

How bad is it and how does one define "sparingly".

I want to encourage this juvie to eat and try and get her out of her funk.

Bok Choy is actually a feed ocassionally item it is also high in vitamin A which is not good for beardies. But ocassionally like maybe a few times a week just not meant to be the daily staple item in their salads.

I often buy one or two heads of baby bok choy and add it into their salad for the week. Because the heads are so small, they only get a few pieces per day and its not enough to overload them. :D

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
