My beardie started sneezing (we think) the other night. Any ideas whats this from?

Hi ! It could be from excess dust in the air.

He is also making a clicking noise, isn't eating very much, and is just lying around a lot. I am thinking he might have an upper respitory infection cause the humidity here in canton has been so high lately.

Then off to the vet with you ! You will need to have a vet take a look, and prescribe some antibiotics. Get some soy yogurt too, this will help increase the amount of good tummy flora and encourage eating.
