Hi folks! Long time to post!
Mario has needed a new enclosure for a few months, he was looking a bit cramped in the first one I built!
Took a few weeks to order the supplies and pick up the melamine and tile. Fricking melamine is expensive!
Got it all together over a couple weekends. I had to wait forever for the hinges I wanted, which never arrived. So I ended up using piano hinges instead. The Plexiglass I cut at work on a laser.
Once the temps were about right, we cleaned his old decorations and moved him in! We'll remodel when finances allow it.
I didn't reuse any parts of his old enclosure because I was planned on selling it, which I did! That helped offset the price of the new one.
