Yeah thats the type of dome she has. She does have a UVB bulb but its definitely over a year old. I placed the decor a bit higher so maybe the temps will be better now.

That uvb is not putting out any uvb at all- she's better off outside in direct sunlight for 15 minutes or longer sitting on you-- temps should be 65+ -- if you put her in a container it should be a plastic one ---NO GLASS- they get too hot- make sure you supervise her--
