How did you find out she has parasites if she hasn't gone to a vet yet?
What is the temp at the spot she likes to bask the most? A surface temp of 123 is way too hot and could be making her dehydrated. If the surface temps are too hot for her to bask correctly it could also be causing her to not be getting enough uvb. Both of those things could be making her weak and not want to eat.
