I grow unusual vegetables every year and I’m wondering if anyone out there has any data at all regarding the safety of these foods. (Obviously I wouldn’t feed them to Mari until veterinarians are confirming the safety of these plants.)

- Tatsoi (a brassica vegetable from Japan.)
- Orach (another brassica vegetable.)
- German chamomile (we only have English chamomile data.)
- Apple cucumber (this is a super sweet cucumber I’d only offer as a rare treat.)
- Chinese pink celery
- Echinacea
- Sunflower (petals only)
- Lavender (I’m a bit hesitant on this one but curious.)
- Gherkins
- Peppermint

Peppermint is OK. Darwin eats that from the garden sometimes. I'm not sure about the others.

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
