Beardie tail twitching??

Hi i’ve noticed that my beardie Rango had been having these muscle spasm like twitches in the base of his tail. I’ve read quite a lot about MBD and i’m worried.
More Info:
He’s about 4 years old (we think)
UVB: 10.0 T5 tube
Heat: Warm side gets to about 41*C and cool side is around 25
He eats crickets dusted with calcium and d3 and he eats carrot greens, red pepper, zucchini slurry and we like to add dubia roach pellets sometimes
Ever since the winter season started I noticed this twitching :(
Please let me know asap i’m only 15 :(

Where is the UVB ? and do you have a reflector on the fixture / hood?

It’s on top of the terrarium and yes it does have a reflector. i measured and it’s only about 8 inches above the bottom of the terrarium.

Ok so the screen on the tank is a fine mesh like a screen door or a wide holed type-? This is crucial - distance and placement for where that UVB is sitting

id say it’s more like a screen door, the mess is pretty thin however the holes are generally very small.

With that being said please get it inside the tank hes not getting enough UVB - distance should be 12-15 inches w/ basking decor directly under it -- if you need help w/ things to hang w/ I can post some
