Help bearded dragon acting strange making weird noises

My bearded dragon has just come out of brumation and he’s acting very strange he will drink water I give him through a syringe but not if I drip it off his nose and is being very stubborn with food unless I put it in his mouth when it’s open but I’ve just noticed he’s constantly trying to burrow his head and going kind of in circles while pushing with his back legs but his front legs he keeps walking on his wrists just after he’s been in the sun. The sound he’s making is kind of like rubber squeaking

Can you take a video of this behavior? You can upload video to a hosting site like vimeo or youtube and then post a link here. They do sometimes act strangely (often hyperactive) when they come out of brumation, but this doesn't sound quite right to me.
