adapting to a new viv

so im getting my beardie a 4x2x2 and im super excited. My one concern is that im basically trippling the gallon size and im worried that she will get super stressed when I put her in the new viv. So my question is:

what is the best way to introduce a beardie into a new viv that minimizes stress levels?
