Hello,
I am a little worried about my bearded dragon sonny. He keeps scratching his nose area for the past week and a half everytime I give him a bath, which is every night. (Also during that time he has shed) and now I am noticing a discoloration around his nostril area. I don't know if anyone can see these photos, but this is my first time owning a beardie and I am hoping someone can calm my nerves. I've had him since the week of christmas from then to now he's shed twice. But I honestly don't think this is shedding since the color above is a constant color throughout his body. It kind of reminds me of when you rub something too much and it become like raw. Or maybe I'm just a first time mom that's overreacting. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi there, that's just a normal nose shed. They can shed in stages where just the tip of the nose or the feet or tail, etc. has some shed on it. It's perfectly fine and will l always come off in it's own time.. :) See one of mine here with an uneven shed, perfectly normal and comes off in it's own time :

Here's an older thread asking the same Q and pics of another dragon with just the nose tip discolored.

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
