My beardie is 13 1/2 inches long is it okay for him to eat superworms

Any size dragon can eat superworms assuming the supers are appropriately sized.

Now I assume you're speaking of full grown superworms. Your dragon should not have an issue with them if he is a good chewer. But, always introduce a new insect into the diet slowly. Then you can see how he reacts to them :)
