Too young for brumation?

Ok so we need to inlist some help so I am thinking he is brumating - get a weight on him keep track of it - the UVB situation has made no difference so take the cover off of it - how long has he been doing this behavior? If he is sustaining weight your good if he's losing not so good- they will lose some weight but if it's alot then there is a issue

My reptile vet told me , do not let a dragon brumate over it's first winter ( if it's younger than 12 mnth old ).

I took him out to weigh and bath him. The last time I weighed him was September (I couldn’t get him to sit on scales after that) and he was 15.7oz. He’s now 20oz. I’m wondering if he’s older than pet shop said because weight is more than charts say. I gave him bath but he didn’t poop. He’s basking now but this is the first he’s been out in 4 days and just because I took him out.

This was him when I first got him when seller said he was 8-10 weeks. Do you think he looks older?
