Hi i have this tank, picture included, mine does not have the shelves in it, my question is where would be the best place to but the uvb bulb? it is a reptisun 10 t8 and will be approx7 inch from basking spot, but the hole in the celing for the basking bulb would be in the way to put the uvb directly underneath would it be ok on the back on the celing with a reflector? if i put it alongside the basking bulb my dragon wont get proper uvb because of the placement,

thanks in advance

You want the UVB directly above him --- if its a T 8 I actually would recommend a T 5 for that size of a tank unless the height is short --- if its a 16" height then a T 8 would be good as T 5's are a stronger bulb and would require a height of 12-15 inches --- putting the T 8 on the back wall you run the risk of the UVB shining in his eyes and you do not want that-------- get your UVB situated first its always easier to move decor pieces rather than moving the fixture all the time

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
