tail rot and bleeding

hey guys this is my first bearded dragon so i’m learning still but i bought her yesterday and whenever i got home today from buying her a couple new things i got her out and her tail was bleeding i’m just nervous and idk what to do it’s not bad but still i’m concerned

It did not- click on XIMG see if it comes up if it did it's downloaded then click on the pic and it should post
