not sure if this is stuck shed help!!

my bearded dragon tale has been his shedding colour for awhile now and no shed! we called are vet 2 days ago and no call back for making an appointment. i noticed a a couple days ago one part of his tale has gaps between his scales? and i'm worried!! the first photo is from 2 days ago and this is how it looks now

Hiccup he is 6 and Blaze is 4
Its shed -- tails take a while let it do its thing --- when it starts to get crackly and dry you can spray it w/ water and take a soft baby tooth brush and brush it to loosen it or come off --- just let it do its thing ---
