I'm setting up for my beardie, I don't have him/her yet. I'm building my enclosure and might have future questions on that. For now, I can't find the 22" 12% bulb anywhere online. Am I missing an obvious resource or is there a shortage? What else can I do? 14% is starting to sell out also, but currently available at some sites.
My enclosure is 36" wide, 18" deep and 45" tall. I plan to build two staggered platforms above the floor for hides and basking. I haven't decided how far down I will hang the T5 or basking bulb. Given the height that I have to work with, is the 14% okay, or possibly better than the 12? If I go with 14 I'll need to drop my platform levels which might make regulating my basking heat more challenging. Suggestions?
