My bearded dragon, Ham, is in a 75 gallon tank with a 250w lamp. I usually purchase the 250w Repti Basking spot lamp by zoo med, but its a hit or miss when I buy one. Sometimes they last a good while, and others they only last a couple of weeks. Is there another reliable brand or alternative to buying a 250w light?

250 watt seems extreme- how are you taking basking temps? No stick ons they are inaccurate-- you need a digital probe thermometer

Ah, his tank is actually a 75 gallon fish tank, so its much taller than a tank for a reptile. I need to use a large bulb in order for it to heat up. I use a digital probe thermometer and his tank is in the 90s-100s.

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
