Also just wanted to update on the colored spot. It seems to be getting different colors like red spots in it and it looks dirty.[Click image to enlarge]

Have your tried washing the "dirt" off? Has she been running in her tank that is dirty? The stuff your putting on her is it a reddish color?

No the cream is white and her tank is clean and I’ll give her a bath and so what happens.

Ok just put her in the bath for a couple minutes and tried to get it off by gently rubbing it with toothbrush the dots are still there.

That doesn't look like anything out of the ordinary . I woudln't worry about it. I think I saw a spiky plant in his tank though, so just climbing over + rubbing against that can cause a wee bit of minor harmless irritation just like we could get from leaning against a wood fence with our bare arm or something similar .
