go to your local home improvement store and look there for a infrared heat gun $20 --- temps in his basking area should be 105-110 - as they get older they dont like it that hot so its good to offer a gradient heat so they can pick the spot of where they want to sit for heat -- the probe needs to sit on the basking spot for 10 minutes then take the temp -- the UVB T 5 needs to be directly above him and 8-10 inches from his basking decor piece - here are some websites for worms and roaches
http://www.dubiaroaches.com they are currently out of butter worms - I cant find them anywhere I would order him some BSFL or nutri grubs calci worms and phoenix worms they are all the same - you may need to use those to lure him to the salad bowl - they are a great staple feeder as well and you will need a glass or ceramic bowl - here is a website for nutrition ignore the kale thing its a good staple feeder

http://www.reptilianarts.com great silk worms and they have roaches too - if ordering silk worms they are a great staple feeder and ordering in bulk like 50 make sure you get food you will need to feed them and clean containers out every day- you can use those as lures as well to get him to the salad bowl

Please get your lighting corrected or what needs to be corrected and go from there and please lay off the super worms only use as lures to the salad bowl 1-3 -- he needs salads every morning -
ok so I see the hammock is under the basking light - its not giving you accurate basking temps - hammocks can do that - you need a solid piece of decor under it or take the probe and place where he is sitting -- see what you get for a temp - I see its hanging on the side of the tank - set it where hes sitting -- the horn worms can cause liquidy poop i think I said that already
