Thank you guys for all the information. I just tied some good rope so the light is just above the tank now, hopefullynthat will heat it up in the morning.

Hi there, yeah I've seen the serpentine motion and it seems to be after they eat something that they are ' helping " it move down the G.I tract so that's no problem. Some beardies also may do tthat to help in shedding. The Solar glo is a decent bulb but I do agree that a long tube bulb like Reptisun 10.0 is better along with a heat bulb. Be sure to have a good thermometer since the solar glo 160 is a lot of heat.

Hello,

How is your little one doing?
The Solar Glo MVB is decent but definitely be sure you are keeping track of the
temperatures since it's a 160 watt bulb. It isn't a real strong UVB output so I would
highly recommend putting in a long tube bulb to use in combination with the Solar Glo
to even out the UVB to UVI ratio.
Has he eaten his greens or squash yet?
Also, if the insects are too large that can cause impaction issues, too. So try to be sure
that the crickets are smaller than the space between the eyes to help him be able to digest
better.
Let us know how he is doing.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
