He shed his tail about a week ago his body was all white but now im wondering why he hasnt shed the rest of his body is that normal here is an image

Never mind he started to puff up his body and rub his head against his stick so i guess he will start to shed soon

Mine always sheds in parts. Most of the time it has him looking like a panda. I've never seen the whole lizard without something cloudy/peeling. 
I can always tell when he's about to "pop"; the cloudiness/haziness lessens as the skin tightens a bit just before the peel.
Nothing to worry about.
