I got him checked out, thank you everybody I had a professional confirm that it was a burn, my UV light was too strong and it gave him some burns but thank you everybody who helped

What type of uvb did you have, are you changing it now ? Can you post pics of the tank to show the bulb placement ? Just to show how it happened so others can see.
