Burn on Beardie Chin?

Postby reiddragons » Tue Jan 21, 2020 7:03 pm

My beardie has a couple spots on his chin that were not there earlier today. He is shedding and already shed his beard. Could it be a burn?[Click image to enlarge]

Is he close to anything that could burn him? Since he just got done shedding, I would think it’s just a bit of shed that’s stuck. Try a bath and a toothbrush.

Will do.

Only thing I can think of is if he toched the top of his tank where the heat lamp is but I doubt he could get up there.

Hello,

I agree, it doesn't really look like a burn to me. It's probably just some skin that needs to
shed some. He looks good overall though!
Try giving a bath to see if it works its way off that way.
