Eggs

So I read the post about beardies laying eggs and I still had questions. So my bearded dragon just laid eggs. He (or should I now start saying she) has never been around another dragon, so are these eggs definitely infertile? Also if so when do I take them out of the cage?? and should I take her to the vet now?

Hi there,

If SHE has never been around a male, they've definitely infertile eggs. Unless shes the mother Mary of the dragon world lol.

You can remove the eggs right away. There is no reason to take her to the vet unless she is acting sickly. Make sure you are dusting her food with calcium and have proper uv so that she can rebuild her calcium levels. They use up a lot of calcium producing the eggs.
That and maybe some extra food and hydration and she should be just fine :)

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
