Pooping once a week and other problems

My boy who's a year old now, seems to poop aground once a week is that normal? He eats every two days, leafy greens and crickets because he eats about 40 crickets then the next day he won't eat, maybe he's full? Anyways his poop looks normal one thing I would say is after he eats he basks and sort of gapes but very slightly, he drinks and has a water bowl that he swims in and drinks so maybe it's too humid? Any advice? Also when he sheds thheres this one spot behind his ear that doesn't come off, it's happend 3 times in the same place, the first time it came off after a few weeks, the 2nd time it didnt come off so I used this moisturiser that I got recommended to use on him by a vet and the 3rd time (right now) not even the moisturiser works! Is there anything I can do to help these problems or are they normal?

I would cut back on your bugs to 2-3 times per week now - feed him his salad every day -- the pooping is normal -- if hes drinking from the bowl dont take that away from him that is great that hes doing that -- stubborn shed we call it - eventually it will come off just leave it alone and keep an eye on it - you can take a soft tooth brush and see if you can get it off in the bath water but for the most part I would leave it be

Thanks.
I consider myself lucky because I've heard beardies can be fussy salad eaters but my boy eats everything I've tried him with so feeding him salad every day shouldn't be an issue... I will keep an eye on the shed, he's rubbing his nose a lot so he might start shedding again soon and it might come off with that? But if it does start causing problems then I will give the tooth brush a try.

Thanks, next time I need to stock up on his live food I will pick up some of the worms, hopefully he'll like them but I think he should as so far he eats pretty much anything that's moving ?

The worms are more for treats -- the horn worms are a hydrating worm --- they like variety that is why I posted the worms and websites --- also silk worms are good -- they are hard to find and spendy you can get them here www.rainbowmealworms.com

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
