My dragons tail?

Been like this now for 2 days and can't seam to figure out why is whole tail is super dark and his body is super pale/lighter is that normal? He's eating and everything normally and popin just fine so ?‍

From the image, yeah, I'd agree it looks like the tails freshly shedded, while the body is still starting to come off. Looks to be quite a handsome lad underneath that grey.
