That looks like yolk from a burst egg. That is potentially serious and an infection risk so visiting an experienced reptile vet as soon as you can is advised.
You need to make a laybox ASAP. She may be wanting to lay but holding the eggs , some females have a strong instinct and panic if the can't find what they see as a good egg laying spot. Here's a good instruction video:
