Hows his growth rate?

He is 5 1/2 months old and is 17" long and weighs 151 grams just wondering if that is about right for his age

He looks great , growing fast , long + lanky like a teenager.

He'll fill out as he gets older. How much does he eat every day ?

Normally 12 to 16 superworms
7 to 10 dubias
And his kale and carrots
He really prefers the superworms over the roaches some days he won't even touch the roaches just wants more worms

Agreed, he looks a healthy size for his age

You might consider limiting the superworms a bit more to encourage him to eat more of his dubias and salad

Is the dubias that much better for him than the superworms?

The superworms aren't bad, I feed them too, but in high quantities they can be. They contain a lot of fat, so it's typically best to limit the supers as to not introduce too much fat into the diet.

I like to stick to 5 a day max.
