[TOPIC AUTO-LOCKED DUE TO INACTIVITY]
Hey guys. So my adult bd has a slight RI I was treating her with reptaid for about 15 days. She hasn't needed it for awhile. So her beard swells up usually when she goes poop. Should I give her reptaid when I see her beard swell? Or is this something I should take to the vet.
& Also how do I treat an RI The reptaid works with some symptoms not all Should I continue treatment then x-ray her lungs?

Does her beard swell with fluid or is it swelling with air?

Can you post a photo or video (or both) the next time you see her do this? It may be helpful to determine what's going on.

serrapeptase has been known to reduce inflammation. Without knowing the cause or extent of the beard swelling though, I can't say if it will be helpful or not.

Hello,
Do you have a way to do any nebulizing treatments on her? Respiratory infections are quite serious if they go on for too long. Be sure to keep her warmer in her tank overnight, usually around 80 is good. Has her beard been black at all?

Yeah I've noticed it progressively getting worse. Not blackbearding but it is def getting worse.
What do you recommend nebulizing? F10sc? And what should I use is there a fogger you could link to me? Thanks

Hello,
I PM'd you with regards to the Tylan50. I hope you are able to find it, as most of the time it has been shown to be very effective for stubborn respiratory infections. How is your dragon doing this evening?
