Got my beardie from Petco where he was in the Wellness room for months with a case of yellow fungus. The vet said he was positive for yellow fungus after a swab and lab testing. He's living alone and is at a good weight, getting frequent baths. Is there any treatments I can do for him? I was going to start experimenting with betadine solution.

You can use lamisil but really yellow fungus is very hard to treat and will most likely need vet prescribed cream.

Do you have pictures of the dragon and the yf?

The most successful treatment I've seen so far includes topical treatment such as antifungal cream and/or betadine in combination with an oral antifungal medication such as Voriconazole. These are fairly long term treatments so I'd discuss options with your vet and try to chart out a proper course of treatment.

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
