Different looking scales on my dragon

The dark spots look like some kind of growth. I suggest having an experienced vet take a look and possibly test a skin sample to see what's going on and treat as needed. As a precaution I would apply some antifungal cream like lamisil to the areas. That may help if the issue is fungal but shouldn't cause harm if it's not.
