So I bought one of this blue night lights for Pogo before I realized they were bad/ unnecessary and I lost the receipt so im stuck with it. I was wondering though if it was fine for a bit of warmth for him if I set it up away the right height beside me next to my chair when I settle down at night to watch tv? I thought I read somewhere that the light might be bad for his eyes. But I also feel like I read that the light just interferes with sleep schedule?

The light it puts off will interfere with his and your sleep schedule. Blue light tells the brain it's early morning. It's why a lot of phones and computers now have the option of a blue light filter so that at night time you can use it without the blue lights of the screen messing with your brains perception of time.

My advise is set it aside or find someone who has a nocturnal reptile ( gecko, frog ) who will actually probably benefit from the blue basking globe.

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
