Dark Spot

Any ideas what causes this and if there's reason for concern? Her most recent shed on her head is finishing up after 3+ long weeks which is all I can think of.

This morning she's clean so Ima roll with sloppy eater

Wouldnt be the first time she's had food on her chin but this time it didn't come off when lightly rubbed so I assumed it was the scales itself.
