My partner and I got two baby girls, we think are about a year old. The store we bought then from cohabited them, so we aren't sure if they're sisters or just put together but the bigger one (Saphira) is very overprotective of the smaller one (Aurora)!
They've been with us for a few days; Saphira's issues were much more prominent in the beginning but as she is settling in and trusting us more, she's letting us closer to Aurora, who is going through a full body shed and is super duper grumpy?
A few pics of them being lovely with each other ??
Aurora posing for the camera!
Playing hide and seek
Saphira the day we got her showing off some pretty colours
Aurora giving another pose!
Aurora hanging off the lamp cage.. and yes, according to my partner (I was at work), she did fall off and quickly look around to make sure no one saw!?
They love a cuddle together ❤
They sit in the weirdest of places ? following this picture, Saphira on the bottom there jumped off the log with Aurora still on her back ?
And just when my partner scared the life out of me by telling me that he could only see one of my little ladies in the vivarium, we realised that they were cuddled up together under the log
We are dreading separating them, but we know it's for the best. All of this affection has a high chance of turning to aggression and, of course, we don't want that happening
They've got their own Instagram page (because I'm super sad and nerdy) mainly so I can easily timeline how they're getting on and look back on it all! Feel free to follow or post your own beardie Instagram (if you have one)! https://instagram.com/pretty.little.beardies?igshid=9sglrlgt220f
