The hotest basking spot is 110 the middle is 80 and the cool is 78

Those are fine temps for a baby.
What are you using to measure your temps?

4 digital thermostat and humidity gauge what would be a good temperature for a adult

Adults typically like basking surfaces a little cooler. I shoot for around 100 with adults and I just watch them for a couple weeks until I find what they like. I've had adults like 105. And I've had adults that refuse to bask of the temp wasnt exactly 98. So it's a bit of a get to know your dragon type of thing :) but never any lower than 95 for the basking surface.
