White and yellow stuff on cork bark

Is this normal on cork bark? Yellow and white splotches I can't tell if it was there before

Are you using this for a bearded dragon's tank/enclosure?
Is the tank humid at all?

I was going to but now I don't know. The enclosure is about 40% humidity
