Head under water?

So I gave my beardie a bath and his head went underwater and I think water got up his nose bc bubbles are coming from his nostrils. Is he okay?

How is he doing now ? Watch to see that he doesn't develop a respiratory infection. Heavy breathing, gasping, clicking noises as he breathes.

Maybe he's messing with you.

But in all seriousness, just keep an eye on him. If he behaves normally and displays no other symptoms, he's probably ok. He'll probably learn not to breathe water in like that again. Our dragon puts his head under during baths and you can see he literally chugs water.

Hello,

I agree, a lot of them love to dip their heads under water to drink. Some have a terrible time
with aspirating water because they get overzealous about drinking & will end up having some
trouble.
I would suggest upping his basking temperatures by a couple of degrees for a week or two in
case he did have any water go down the wrong way. It will just boost his immune system by
a little to help out.
How is he doing today?

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
Taking my beardie for a walk
