Gaping? Respiratory Infection?

So my beardie has been gaping a lot lately. It started just under his basking area, but now it can happen anywhere. He has been eating a pooping normally, and does not seem lethargic. He makes popping/hissing noises randomly, and puffs up randomly too. Sometimes he will sit with his mouth wide open, and sometimes its cracked. I looked at his gums for whatever reason and parts are like black and it looks like he has orange-pasty stuff stuck up at the very bottom and the the very bottom. He sleeps normally and is very active, but I cant help but be worried.
Is everything fine or should I act fast?

Is there any mucus coming out of his nose or mouth? Can you get some pics and post of the gaping and his mouth/ gums? What are his basking temps?

Hello,

Just wondering how your dragon was doing, did you get a chance to take any pictures of
him that we could see?
I hope he is doing better now.

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
