It's TOMBO Time!

After years of waiting I have finally gotten another dragon. Here is Tombo!
full

He was hatched 1/27/2019

I got him on March 13, 2019. So he's on day 4 with us. He's still suffering a bit of relocation stress but it's only really affecting his eating (which is improving day by day).
He also went through a full back shed just a few days ago so he's been having it rough this week.

Anyways, this will be Tombos thread that I will hopefully be keeping updated pretty regularly so that I have a nice history to look back on with him!

Somebody apparently wasn't very appreciative of the copious amount of worms he was just given..

Just look at that look and beard he's giving me..

He calmed down though.

PS, he's not actually that fat, he's just getting poked in the underside by part of his log lol.

That's a pretty big jump! Good progress =)

Yup I was surprised. But he's shedding enough to warrant it lol.

So I wanted to get a picture of Tombo and Moro together, just since they contrast eachother so well.
I was very cautious to begin with but Tombo reminded me why I should be even more cautious lol. Let's just say he is a very territorial guy...

He actually did leap at her, but I was prepared for it and was able to pull her back. She never left my hand so she was safe the whole time. But boy... poor ol' innocent Moro wasn't doing anything besides looking cute!

Afterwards, Tombo was still mad. Now he didn't even want me near his territory lol.

It wasn't all bad though. At first when Tombo was preoccupied by food, they were fine being near eachother for a short while.

Going to be posting a pic or two of Moro on her thread, make sure you check it out! Something interesting on her i've noticed.

Saturdays measurements:

97g - 12 1/2 inches.

Slowed down a bit on his weight gain this week, he's been going through a perpetual shed, and he found out he likes hornworms better than anything else in the world, so it's been a bit picky.

Pictures incoming when I stop being lazy lol.

Oh my, Brandon! Such lovely beardies! Is Tombo a paradox or??? Sorry, I am not good with BD morphs, more of a Ball Python person when it comes to genetics...

Thanks for posting,

Nope, he's just a hypo dunner leatherback with some serious blue barring thanks to his father lol.

But, I wouldn't mind a paradox at all

Thanks for stopping by :D

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
